2018 Spring Fling Horse Show to be held at Equestrian Center at Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Mid-America Horse Show Association (MAHSA) announced that the 2018 Spring Fling Horse Show will be held at the Equestrian Center at Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, April 5 through 8, 2018.

“MAHSA is committed to producing an early season horse show that will easily accommodate any horse that is getting ready for the 2018 horse show season,” said Connie MacQueen, MAHSA president. “The Equestrian Center checks all the boxes to provide such a horse show facility.”

MAHSA will award both A circuit and B circuit points at the 2018 Spring Fling Horse Show.

MAHSA choose the Kirkwood Equestrian Center for several reasons, including:
•    100’ x 200’ Show Ring
•    88’ x 120’ Warm-up Ring
•    Additional Outdoor Arena 130’ x 300’
•    Rubber matted stalls under the same roof with show and warm-up ring
•    Fully heated facility
•    Warm water wash racks

The Equestrian Center location also offers a nice selection of hotels within a short walk or drive to the Center as well as many good restaurants conveniently located around the Center.

“Our goal for the Spring Fling Horse Show is to provide a fun and productive horse show for everyone to get into the new show season year,” added Stephanie Peterson, Spring Fling show manager. “Plan to join us for the 2018 Spring Fling, we won’t disappoint you.”
