Support the UPHA Foundation, Inc. "Legal Defense Fund"

Leadership from the UPHA, ASHA, AHHS and AMHA have joined forces to establish the UPHA Foundation Legal Defense Fund, and our goal is to raise 1 million dollars. All contributions are 100% tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The UPHA Foundation, Inc. is a multi-breed non-profit and the tie that binds all of the above organizations together with the purpose to improve and protect the show horse industry. Additionally the UPHA seeks to foster communication and mutually beneficial relationships between all participants in the horse show industry.

The Legal Defense Fund is currently seeking a naming endowment as the first course of funding. For more information or to make a contribution please contact Nancy Becker @ [email protected] or simply mail your contribution to:

A couple of different fundraisers have recently been put in place to help fund the legal battle we are currently facing of the vagueand capricious language in the USDA's proposed changes in the Horse Protection Act. With that said, we are thrilled to announce that the Legal Defense Fund has a gracious anonymous donor that is willing to match the T-shirt campaign funds raised through the deadline of November 13th, 2016, which is immediately following the American Royal.

To purchase your T-shirt, contact a UPHA Young Professional, Ethan Roetman @ [email protected] or click on the following link:  https://www.booster.com/trotting-breeds-band-together.

Please, make a contribution today to the UPHA Foundation, Inc. Legal Defense Fund and help the UPHA, ASHA, AHHS and AMHA fight for you and the horse show industry.
