Candids of the Week - Louisville Continued




Barbara Goodman Manilow celebrated her win aboard I’m Still Dreamin’ in the Amateur Three-Gaited Championship with trainer Donna Smith, previous owner Jan Small-Beth and previous trainer Stephanie Brannan.

 Majestic Oaks Hackney Farm had an incredible week at Louisville including Toni Nastali’s one-two punch in the Amateur Road Pony Championship on Friday night.  Nastali was victorious with Hopkins while Danny Bugg got the call for the catch drive earning the reserve title with Nastali’s Regal’s Prime Rate LF. 


Paul and Betsy Boone’s riders Haley Griffin (with CH Moon Charmer) and Maelee Dudan (with Thunder Gone Wild) closed out their Louisville by both earning Reserve World’s Champion of Champions titles in the five-gaited pony and three-gaited pony divisions.  



Scott Hagan and Debbie Foley shared the roses from Hagan’s win with HS Daydream’s Heads Up in the Three-Gaited Championship.  In addition to winning the World’s Grand Champion title the team also captured the over two qualifier.


The Stachowski family had an incredible week at Louisville.  Not only did Ava Stachowski win the 13 & Under Three-Gaited Show Pleasure Championship and qualifier (Sec. I) with Callaway’s Nachelle (pictured) but she also won the 13 & Under Three-Gaited qualifier with Prince Of Prowlin’.   


Catherine Wheeler reached down to love on CH Swing An Singin after they unanimously won the roses in the Junior Exhibitor Three-Gaited Park Championship.  Earlier in the week the Mercer Springs team unanimously topped section one of the two qualifiers.


For the second year in a row CH Callaway’s Cumulus and Susan Aschenbrenner have teamed up to win the World’s Champion of Champions Country Pleasure Driving title under the direction of Amanda Simpson.


David and Kristen Cater joined Amanda Murchison after she captured the Reserve World’s Champion of Champions Adult Three-Gaited Show Pleasure aboard CH Spread The Word.  Earlier in the week the team won the third section of the qualifiers.  
 

Nancy and Laura Lassiter joined Jannie Giles after she won the World’s Champion of Champions Junior Three-Gaited Park title with their Double Dog Dare. 


It was a great week for Cheryl Innis, Maureen Quackenbush and Danny Hicks.  Under the direction of trainer Rodney Hicks they carried away one world’s champion of champions title and two reserve world’s champion of champions titles.


Cousins Molly Crim and Allie Wellington Nunley both won roses for the second year in a row.  Allie topped the Junior Road Pony Championship with Game under the Majestic Oaks banner while Molly topped the 9-10 Year-Old Walk-and-Trot Equitation under the direction of Bill and Lisa Waller at Clover Leaf Stables.  They were joined by Stephanie Wellington in celebration. 


Milo Jones, Koren Mercer and Sharon Moritz joined Karla Moritz after she racked away with the roses in the 13 & Under Five-Gaited Championship aboard CH Callaway’s Lil Abner.




Erin Eichenbaum’s mom Diane Sembler- Kamins met her back at the Visser tack room after she captured the Amateur Three-Gaited Over 15.2 World’s Champion title. The team returned on Saturday for the reserve champion of champions earning the five-year-old his sixth world title. 


Joellen Fisher Blount’s Rose Arbor Farm had a great week under the direction of John Conatser.  Not only did Conatser direct Rose Arbor’s Moving Out to the ASR National Futurity 3-Year-Old Three-Gaited win but also drove Rose Arbor Destiny to victory in the Junior Fine Harness Stallion/Gelding class.
