Patricia Nichols Dies

Pat Nichols, former Executive Secretary of the ASHA for nearly a decade and widow of the late Hall of Fame trainer Chat Nichols, died earlier this week in Minnesota. She was 84.
The Nichols ran a very successful training operation in Illinois for many years before she became involved with the ASHA. Chat was a founding member of UPHA and was the association’s first ever vice-president. Many programs were formulated under Pat’s leadership as Executive Secretary of the ASHA.
