AMHA Region 4 Director Resigns

On Thursday, August 21, 2014 AMHA was informed of the resignation of Region 4 Director, Allyson Hughes, due to personal reasons.
Until a replacement is elected in February 2015, Region 4 will be represented by a Director at Large (DAL). The DAL will be named at the September 6, 2014 Board of Directors meeting.
AMHA is immediately seeking candidates to fill the remaining two years left of this term. Region 4 includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee
Eleven (11) signatures are required for candidate's name to be placed on the ballot and nominating petitions are due by October 1, 2014. This position will be included in the 2015 annual election ballot.
