David Landrum Stables Establishes Franklin Riding Academy



David Landrum Stables is excited to announce the establishment of FRANKLIN RIDING ACADEMY at David Landrum Stables in Franklin, Tenn.  Lessons will be taught with a saddle seat discipline and accentuate safety and care for the horse and rider.

Elizabeth Templeton, formally with Diamond View Stables in Versailles, KY will be the lead instructor. Her resume includes world champion and academy winning riders. Franklin Riding Academy will offer individual, semi-private, and group lessons. Other opportunities include camps, clinics, ladies night out and other fun and learning experiences.

David Landrum Stables is also pleased to announce the addition of Carrie Martin.  Martin has extensive years of experience and success in the training and showing of pleasure Tennessee Walking Horses as well as being an accomplished riding instructor.

Carrie Martin comes to David Landrum Stables from Montverde Academy Equestrian Center in Montverde, Florida.  Carrie’s resume includes many World, International, and Versatility Champions. David Landrum Stables is proud to have one of the most talented and respected trainers in the industry today. 

Larry Taylor, an Alabama native, has been with David Landrum Stables since July 1st.  Taylor brings a wealth of equine knowledge, along with a World Championship resume in the Walking and Racking Horse industry.  

Winning his first professional World title at 16 years of age, this was only a start to his illustrious career. Taylor’s extensive equestrian background and success makes him an invaluable addition.
